Data We Collect
If you choose to join our campaign updates, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Postcode (for constituency mapping)
- Role (Parent, Young Person, SENCo, Teacher, LA, Employer, Other)
- Optional testimonial/voice submission (if provided)
- Consent confirmation
Purpose of Processing
We use your data solely to:
- Send you updates about the LSRQF petition campaign
- Present constituency-level evidence to MPs
- Keep you informed about related policy developments
- Display optional testimonials on our website (if you provide them and consent)
We never sell your data. Your data is processed using Google Workspace (Sheets) as a data processor for storage and email functionality only. Google is contractually obligated to protect your data and cannot use it for their own purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your data for a maximum of 24 months after the petition closes, or sooner if you request deletion.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict processing
- Object to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time

Data Storage & Transfers
Your data is stored in Google Sheets (Google Workspace) for the purpose of managing campaign updates and constituency mapping. Google is based in the United States and may process your data outside the UK/EEA.
We have ensured appropriate safeguards are in place through Google's Standard Contractual Clauses and Google's commitment to data protection standards. Your data is only accessed by authorised personnel at LUNA SEN Regulator.
